From our studio on Sheikh Zayed Road, we design and deliver residential and commercial interiors across Dubai and the wider UAE, managing every stage under one contract: concept design, detailed drawings, Dubai Municipality permits, Emaar NOC approvals, fit out and final handover.
Since 2022 we have completed more than 340 projects across Dubai Hills Estate, Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Downtown Dubai and DIFC. Every commission is senior led. Most projects in Dubai split design and construction between separate firms, and most delays and cost overruns happen in the gap between the two. For surfaces and stone: Cosentino (Silestone and Dekton), Arabescato marble and Calacatta Gold. For kitchen systems: Poliform, Boffi and Poggenpohl, all Italian-engineered and specified for UAE climate tolerances. For hardwood flooring: Mafi, a heat and humidity-resistant engineered wood range proven for UAE conditions. For wall coverings: Philip Jeffries and de Gournay for signature feature applications. For smart home technology: KNX, Crestron, Lutron and Savant, recommended based on project requirements and client preference rather than commercial partnership arrangements.
