Design

A large share of our apartment commissions begin as either a bare-shell developer handover or a full renovation of an existing unit. Both are areas of specialism for the studio. A bare-shell apartment arrives with no flooring, no kitchen, no wardrobes and often no internal partitioning beyond the wet-area cores, which gives complete design freedom but demands a contractor capable of executing every trade. A renovation, by contrast, requires careful sequencing around the building’s rules on noise, waste removal and working hours.
In both cases we deliver a complete turnkey result. Our own production facilities in the UAE, Turkey and China produce the bespoke cabinetry, wardrobes and furniture for each project, giving us control over quality, lead times and cost rather than relying on third-party joinery workshops.
