That includes design development, all approvals, MEP modifications, joinery, flooring, finishes, furniture procurement and installation, snagging and handover. A full villa renovation typically completes within 12 to 20 weeks of instruction, covering 2 to 4 weeks of approvals, 2 to 4 weeks of concept and 3D sign-off, and 8 to 14 weeks on site depending on scope.
